The Partner Market program allows eligible organizations access to discounted and/or free food to support programming such as snacks or congregate meals Partner Interest Forms for Partner Market Program are reviewed twice a year, in January and July, in the order they were received. Submissions received outside of these review periods will be placed on our waitlist for consideration in the next cycle.
We partner with eligible organizations to operate Community Markets: grocery store-like spaces, open multiple days and hours every week, where participants choose the food they want with dignity. Markets also connect participants with supportive services that address the root causes of food insecurity.
This program supports eligible organizations in providing a weekly pantry to the community where participants choose fresh groceries in a farmers market-style distribution. We consider new pantry partnerships with eligible organizations that can serve at least 200 individuals per distribution and are open to the public. Eligible partner organizations should also have the resources to connect participants with supportive services.
This program supports partners who can deliver weekly groceries to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities.
CalFresh Outreach partners help low-income neighbors in San Francisco and Marin counties to access CalFresh food benefits. Partners can choose to participate by hosting outreach or enrollment events, making referrals for CalFresh, or by becoming an application assistance partner.
