Feeding the programs that feed the people
We support and collaborate with a network of 409 community organizations in a variety of ways.
In addition to food, we provide our partners with nutrition-education resources and workshops, language and translation support, food-safety training, and operational assistance.
You may know some of the larger partners in our network – St. Anthony’s, Glide, Project Open Hand, St. Vincent de Paul, and Ritter Center – who provide thousands of neighbors with meals or groceries. Have you also heard of smaller, but mighty organizations like West Bay Conference Center, Ingleside Community Center, or Mission Creek Community? Large and small, we’re all working together, mobilizing thousands of caring, dedicated people every day to end hunger in San Francisco and Marin.

The food that the SF-Marin Food Bank provides, which we distribute through our pantry in San Rafael, is essential part of our work to address an individual’s health and socio-economical concerns. We hope that by connecting people with such services, we help our clients manage and break away from the cycle of poverty.”
