As of Monday, June 14, 2021 the Shop Floor entrance has permanently moved to the South End of the building.
Our appointment system launched on Monday, February 22, 2021.

If you miss your appointment or need to shop more than once during a given week, please drop by during our daily drop-in hours: Monday-Friday, 11 AM – 3 PM.
With ongoing construction, we have placed a doorbell outside of the entrance. Once you ring the bell, staff will be notified of your arrival and will greet + assist you through the South Parking Lot Entrance.
As this is a new addition, please let us know if you have any questions, concerns or feedback. We appreciate your patience in working with us to make this experience, as smooth as possible.
To ensure COVID-19 safety protocol, only one shopper per agency (10 agencies maximum) is allowed on the Shop Floor at any given time.

Not immediately; this is a new system that we’re rolling out, therefore we will be evaluating and updating this process as time goes on.
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-3:00 PM
Appointments: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM
Drop-In: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM
Each appointment is one hour long (45 mins shopping + 15 mins loading).
Shop Floor Concierge Staff will be able to assist with loading, as needed.
Appointments are temporary during construction but will be evaluated for sustainability throughout the process.
Due to construction, there will be limited reserved parking on Pennsylvania Avenue.
Friendly Reminder: For safety, please back into the parking spot to avoid standing in the streets when loading items into your vehicle.
