There can only be a total of 12 individuals on the Shop Floor, which means approximately 10 agencies allowed per timeslot.
We encourage one shopper per agency, but if further assistance is needed, please reach out to Shop staff.
If I don’t get the appointment timeslot that works for me, will I be able to change it?
Yes! If you’re unable to get your desired appointment timeslot, we will conduct an evaluation after three months. This will determine if we need to have agencies resubmit their requests and possibly change their assigned timeslot.
If I’m a new agency or have been previously suspended and don’t have an appointment time, when can I come in?
New agencies or agencies that have been suspended are able to Shop during our drop-in hours, until we conduct our open enrollment.

How long is my appointment?
Each appointment is an hour long (45 Mins Shopping + 15 Mins Loading).
Shop Floor Concierge Staff will be able to assist with loading, as needed.
Will appointments be temporary?
Appointments are temporary during construction, but will be evaluated for sustainability throughout the process.
Is there reserved parking onsite?
Due to construction, there will be limited reserved parking on Pennsylvania Avenue.
