The New York Times: Sharing the Bounty of California

The New York Times published a photo essay about the San Francisco and Marin Food Banks and the Farm to Family program that provides fresh produce for the Food Bank's 230 farmer's market-style pantries. The eight-photo spread was published in the national print edition of The New York Times Sunday Business section on Dec. 23.

The photos show volunteers sorting carrots at the Food Bank warehouse; a pantry participant cooking in his home; pantry participants selecting groceries at two of our San Francisco pantries; and a citrus packing facility in Folwer, California.
